Higbee & Associates attorney Natasha Buchanan was extensively quoted in USA Today article about bank employees being fired for decades old misdemeanor offenses.  The article focused on the case of a 68-year-old Wells Fargo employee who was fired because he pled guilty to putting a cardboard slug in a washing machine in 1963— it was his first and only offense.
