A native of the Las Vegas area, Reginald completed his Bachelor’s at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University. Since then, He has distinguished himself in a wide range of practice areas including collections, contracts, healthcare, administrative law, and business transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Russell worked in regulatory compliance, worked as associate general counsel for various healthcare practitioners, and served as the managing attorney of a collections law firm. His experience with intellectual property matters, while currently focused on copyright, extends to trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
