Why Fight Back?

Every client is assigned a dedicated attorney, and we provide the following services to guide you through the process:

Attorney Consultation

At your request, we’ll schedule a consultation where one of our experienced attorneys will review your financial situation and discuss potential options, such as debt settlement, bankruptcy, or credit counseling. We can also help you understand your rights to have debt collectors validate any debts they may not have the right to collect or where they may be attempting to collect an inflated amount.

Stop Creditor Harassment

Under federal law, once a debt collector knows you are represented by an attorney, they can no longer contact you directly. Once you sign on with us, you can inform any debt collector that you are being represented by our firm. At your request, we will send a written notice to any debt collector informing them of our representation. To qualify for this program, you must enroll before being sued on any account you wish us to defend.

Lawsuit Defense

If a creditor sues you while we’re working to settle your debt, we will defend you at no additional cost for legal fees at the trial court level. Please note that defense does not extend to appeals or post-judgment actions. For lawsuits related to unsecured debt not part of pre-litigation negotiations, our firm will represent you for an affordable rate of $175 per hour for attorneys and $125 per hour for staff.

Debt Negotiation And Settlement

If you're struggling with debts you can't afford or believe you're being charged more than what you owe, we can negotiate with your creditors to settle for a lesser amount. This can save you years of payments and tens of thousands of dollars, allowing you to get out of debt faster than making minimum payments.

FDCPA and FCRA Violation

We’ll help you understand your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). These laws protect you from abusive debt collection practices and ensure that your credit report contains only accurate and timely information. If we find that a debt collector has violated your rights, we will assist you in taking action, often at no upfront cost. You only pay us if we recover money for you. Should litigation be required, a separate agreement will be necessary.

Financial Literacy and Education

We believe in empowering you with the knowledge to take control of your financial future. As part of our program, we offer educational resources to help you better manage your finances. You will also receive two hours of free consultation about handling any debt-related litigation or threats of litigation.

The Stress of Debt Is Real—But So Are Your Rights

The stress caused by debt can take a significant toll on your mental and physical health, but you don’t have to go through it alone. With the right support, you can reduce the pressure and start working toward a stable financial future. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Flexible Pricing and No Upfront Fees

The cost of our program varies depending on your specific needs, but in many cases, you can receive our services with no upfront fees if you have a viable FDCPA or FCRA claim or choose to have us negotiate your debts. All fees are negotiable, and we will ensure you fully understand the terms before you sign any agreement.
